Sun SMF
Ok svcadm is a very nice tool. I also like svcs. I wish these tools were standardized across the board. I wouldn't mind having them on linux. I am a little upset though. why would the options for inetadm be different than svcadm. in svcadm you type "svcadm disable svc:/network/rpc/rusers:default" .
In inet adm you type " inetadm -d svc:/network/rpc/rusers:default". the SF stuff is great but I would like to see it standardized.

The power of social Media

Yesterday Podshow was hacked. Although many would see this as a bad thing. I went to the podshow website for the first time in about a year and looked around for new content. I was going to the site to see if any thing had been maliciously changed and if the hacker/s had an agenda they wished to put out over their page. I don't know if this was the intent of the podshow network. If they weren't really hacked this was genius.

Blogs and who reads them. I read quite a few blogs. I was surprised when I received a call from the pgp corporation, and the caller referenced my blog. Most of the time I feel its me against the world. Then I when the caller said they had read my blog and then went back and checked on my support cases and requests. I was impressed. PGP is a company that cares about their social image.
